Dorset

Living in one of the most beautiful counties in England presents unlimited photographic opportunities. DT6 is my home region of Dorset, a county in the south-west of England and home to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site.

As a photographer I seek those fleeting moments of light that can turn landscapes into dreamscapes. With my camera I strive to capture that light and preserve those moments for everyone to enjoy.

Equipment

I use Canon EOS digital SLR cameras and Canon L series lenses exclusively, sometimes with additional filtering through Lee neutral density filters and a B+W Käsemann circular polarizer.

Post-processing is carried out on a PC running Adobe Photoshop, using the digital equivalent of traditional photographic darkroom techniques to achieve the desired levels of exposure, contrast and colour. None of my work contains any tone-mapping treatment.
